Year 11 Yearbook - bought yours yet?
    by J Palmer (Teacher) - Wednesday, 9 April 2014, 3:05 PM

To order a Yearbook then please fill in and return the form to finance office in an envelope with cash or a cheque for £13 (payable to The Chase School). On the front of the envelope write ‘Yearbook’, your name and your form.

    Or pay by Parent Pay?

Please note that no orders will be accepted without payment.

The date of arrival for the books hasn’t been confirmed yet, but when it is your form tutors will be provided with this information, and posters will also be put up around the school. We hope they will arrive and be handed out before study leave, or at the latest prior to the last GCSE examinations.

Don’t miss out, this year’s Yearbook is the best ever, and this is a strictly limited offer. If you place your order by Friday 2nd May you will be entered into a draw with a chance of getting your Yearbook free.

    Many Thanks,

    Yearbook Committee

The Chase’s hopeful writers came together last Thursday 3rd April to share in the premier pilot of a new writing club.

More than fifty students attended the group led by teachers Mrs Levez and Mrs Dukes. This first workshop taught students how to create a voice for their work.

"Design A Library Bookmark" competition results
    by L Campion (Teacher) - Monday, 7 April 2014, 3:13 PM

Thank you to the large number of students who entered the "Design A Library Bookmark" competition. Mr. Campion and I enjoyed judging the competition and appreciated the high standard of entries. Ben Lester 7QN, Hannah Davey 8GV and Shenni Alabaster 9RN produced the three winning entries. Each will receive a book voucher and will have their designs printed for use in our library.

    Mrs. Bates
